Floor plans, dimensions, built-up areas, layouts and specifications may be approximate and are subject to approved plans, contractual documents, construction tolerances and developer confirmation.

The website may contain official artist’s impressions, actual photographs, show-unit photographs, stock images, lifestyle reference images, AI-generated concept images, maps and illustrations. These materials do not guarantee final views, finishes, surroundings, furniture, facilities or completed appearance.

6. Location, distance and future plans

Distances, travelling times and location descriptions are approximate. Actual journeys may vary because of route, traffic, transport method, access points, road conditions and measurement method.
